You may request access to eligible personal information associated with your Hedlyn account or ask for a portable copy. Email us from the address connected to your account and describe your request.

You can update most account, profile, marketplace, and location information directly in your Hedlyn profile and Settings. For information you cannot edit, contact us.

In the Hedlyn app, open Settings and select Delete Account. This starts deletion without requiring a separate support request. If you cannot access your account, email us from the address associated with it.

Performer subscriptions purchased in the Hedlyn mobile app are billed and managed by Apple or Google. You can change or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your Hedlyn account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.

Hedlyn does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not engage in those practices, there is no separate opt-out required for them. If our practices change, we will update this page and provide any controls required by law.

Include the email address connected to your Hedlyn account and the type of request. Do not email passwords, full payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive credentials. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and protect your account.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may retain information when required for fraud prevention, security, payments, taxes, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. You may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision.
